The process of obtaining a subdivision permit is often extensive and exhausting, as planning codes and procedures vary significantly between councils and also between states and territories – meaning the process can take up to 12 months in some cases. A Subdivision Permit is prepared by our surveyor once you have town planning approval, we prefer to keep this permit separate from town planning and full working drawings until you select to move to the next step of selling, be it off the plan or house and land contracts with your agent or after construction. We make this a choice and not part of our fixed fee to save you the stress of dividing titles when you are still considering your options.
